The Augmented Reality in Formal European University Education (AR-FOR-EU) establish and deepen a strategic partnership for teaching Augmented Reality in Higher Education at scale on an undergraduate and graduate levels.

AR-FOR-EU brings together five internationally renowned institutions to reflect their research, development and teaching expertise into a validated course offer of excellence, extended with rich and professionally produced open course materials.
Molde University College has expertise in educational technology, designing distant, online and international courses, including on its own MOOC platform (HiMoldeX, http://himoldex.no/). The college also has user industry connections with collaboration history.
Ravensbourne College has strong expertise in technology enhanced learning, human factors, ergonomics, and design, running study programs in related fields, such as wearable technology. Ravensbourne has oriented their academic and strategic partnerships around the creative and digital industries. Ravensbourne hosts more than 100 creative technology businesses.
RWTH Aachen University has a strong expertise in both information technology and educational technology, which is combined with a wide experience participating and coordinating international projects.
Oxford Brookes University specialises in teaching computer programming at all levels, from absolute beginner to professional software developer, and recently invested into establishing the performance augmentation lab. The University has established strong links with industry both to technology vendors and beneficiaries of AR, enriching all teaching and research activities.
ITMO University has expertise in information technologies and programming teaching, software development and interdisciplinary research. The University has important industry connections with technology producers (AMD and nVidia), and potential AR consumers.
